It was revealed last week that CR Fashion Book (magazine owned by Carine Rotfield – former editor in chief for French Vogue) have bagged Beyoncé as their cover star for Issue 5 in which an original poem, penned by B herself, titled “Bey The Light” is included amongst sultry editorial portraits.
Beyoncé is photographed by Pierre Debusschere in an array of high fashion attire designed by Comme des Garçons, Prada, Saint Laurent and more. This new photoshoot also features a Chanel surfboart as a nod to the global hit that is “Drunk In Love” AND Beyoncé with floor-length golden weave on. What more could you want?!

Personally this is one of my favourite shoots of Beyoncé’s – so elegant and high fashion, I live. My personal favourite is between the Chanel surfboard and the third one where she’s crouching wearing cute bunny ears. This issue is extra special as it’s to be released on Bey’s 33rd birthday – September 4th. You can pre-order it here and/or you can also see Bey’s full feature, including her poem “Bey The Light”, here.
